When do the dates/schedule normally get finalized?

So we're playing the same conference schedule again just w home site swapped?
I thought there was a plan in the works to develop pods or permanent rivals or something?

Our away schedule looks brutal.
Schedule is currently a 7-1 where we play LSU every year play 7 other random schools then after the home and away is complete play the other 7 schools home and away complete a full circuit in 4 yearsKraft Punk said:

The Cubs better have a home stand the weekend of Sept 13
Stadiums do no get much more underwhelming than Missouri's, so the good guys should go in as a 7-10 point favorite next year.TxAg8908 said:HowdyAgs03 said:

We don't have one exciting home game next year. I'm sick of Miss. State. and SCar on the schedule and we've played Georgia ONCE in 12 years. Fuggin Bull
They haven't followed through on the schedule that does the rotating opponents because Sankey wants nine conference games.Kraft Punk said:

There is talk that it will go 9 conference games with a 6-3 where each team has 3 permanent rivals and play the other six again completing the home and away cycle every four years
note transitive property of permanent rivals would NOT apply
A&M permanent rivals are reported as tu, LSU,& MSU
tu would have Land Thieves, Pig, and the Ags
ESPN did notches me up with the money and buying out ooc games was an issue so the conference is still at 8
One would think soon.BMX Bandit said:

Arky has Notre Dame in Fayetteville that weekend.12thMan9 said:fightintxaggie10 said:

Then we should've won the West a few times.
I'll take a stab & say that we play all these games as close to the same weekend as this year.
I say we get an off week after ND then play Arky last weekend of Sept., like always.
tu will be T-day weekend, rest played similar dates to this year.
We have nonconference games scheduled for 8/30, 9/6, and 9/13, and 11/22. With that schedule, we will probably play our first SEC game on 9/20. Arkansas already has nonconference games scheduled for 8/30, 9/6, 9/20, and 9/27. That means we won't play Arkansas until at least 10/4. Like this year, we will get two bye weeks next year because there are 14 Saturdays between Labor Day and Thanksgiving weekends. Our first bye week will probably be the in the first or second week of October, and our second bye week will probably be in the first or second week of November.12thMan9 said:fightintxaggie10 said:

Anyone know anything about Tarleton State possibly having to cancel the game with us on 11/22?
