I hate that late sub crap. I hope NCAA makes a rule to stop that. No reason a sub at 18 seconds should allow a defense to take its time and cause a delay.

It absolutely needs to be timed. Yes, should give them a chance to sub. But no, they should be be able to walk off the field.
