Over the summer, the NCAA passed a resolution that will allow the use of helmet communication devices for non-College Football Playoff bowl games.

I didn't realize it already passed. I know they tried it in a few bowl games this year.

Seems like the tu offense is making changes to be more effective and then Wash counters and stops them..

On the first few drives of the game, Texas was moving the ball, then Washington adjusted and started stopping them, Texas adjusted scored before halftime now Washington has adjusted again and stopped the them twice now.

Are you allowed to do this? I mean the Ags offense very obviously changes their game plan and after halftime. And moved the ball much better.
