Would you expect them to say it's a good hire even if they believed it when it comes to them discussing A&M?usmcbrooks said:

Looks like a solid hire.
Any feedback from the players regarding this hire?
Don't you love all the haters that can't explain why they don't like the hire but just want to dump on everything lolchase128 said:Why? Who would you want instead?Divining Rod said:
I think it's horrible, and that's all I'm going to say.... But bookmark this and bring it up at the end of next year if it's really him.

Because scoring a lot of points against BDF defenses is a measure of greatness. Where have I heard that before? I hope it works out.

At $76 million per firing, how many times do you plan to fire Jimbo???dreyOO said:
1) Big 12 offenses are usually more explosive than we like to give them credit. KSU is no different in that they typically have explosive offenses. From huge gashing runs, to speedy WRs running free, to mobile QBs.
2) Which leads me to keeping the defense off balance. Rarely did Jimbo do this. Jimbo was predictable. In the one game without his influence and with a 3rd string Qb, Petrino had a more challenging offense on the field vs LSU. We'll see this immediately with Klein.
3) people are underestimating what it's like learning under Bill Snyder imo. They didn't call him the wizard for nothing.
I like this hire.
