Yell Leaders are what get all our recruits called "Gay" on a daily basis on Twitter is what yell leaders [without any female cheerleaders] provide. Could probably prevent our recruits being targeted as Gay by having female cheerleaders to offset the perception, but that's too much for the incel & elderly crowd on here.Hehateme1 said:
I saw this video as a positive. The vibe I get, and I will paraphrase this, is that the Yell Leaders are part of what makes college football great.
He doesn't get it, he says you may not get it, but it doesn't matter. You want a vanilla experience, follow pro football. If you want unique traditions showcased every week, Texas A&M is at the top of the heap.

I guess college students are to be perfectly stoic at 18-21, showing no emotion nor having fun in any way.
If getting called mean names on Twitter affects your life decisions, then you likely lack the mental fortitude to play D1 football. Now that I think about it, perhaps that's a great Litmus test. Someone willing to play here despite the name calling from a nameless, faceless, cheetos stained finger mob is someone more likely to better represent the institution and people that have come before them. If you don't like the traditions here, as us elderly folk like to say, "Highway 6 runs both ways". Or for the new army folks that don't get the reference, GTFO.Aggie1188 said:Yell Leaders are what get all our recruits called "Gay" on a daily basis on Twitter is what yell leaders [without any female cheerleaders] provide. As opposed to the hordes of dudes waving dildo's in Austin?Aggie1188 said:Yell Leaders are what get all our recruits called "Gay" on a daily basis on Twitter is what yell leaders [without any female cheerleaders] provide. why does everyone want schools to do exactly the same thing? lets get rid of everything unique that makes college football fun.

This is such a casual take, I don't even know where to beginFatboy Thaddeus said:
Make no mistake Josh Pate's show is now part of 247. Prior to them picking him up, he was a dependable fresh voice.
Note how he tossed out this red herring about the shared Academy sponsorship, but still is required to throw in the old sliver meme ("they want to be profitable outside of central East Texas"). 247 franchise >>> Academy sponsorship, in case it wasn't obvious.
Remember, this is the same 247 that, for most of the 2000s (the decade not the century), systematically inflated recruits' ratings if they committed to $ip.
As a bunch of yahoos on a message board the best we can do is not post his crap and not click on his crap (or even tell YouTube "don't recommend channel," under the hamburger menu).
As supporters of Aggie Football we can ask our AD to share his plan of action for improving media coverage of our University.

That's on you. There's literally dozens of other options if you *need* to see women dancing. There's also the internet, you don't need *those* magazines anymore.
A bit of a reach IMO,Aggie1188 said:Yell Leaders are what get all our recruits called "Gay" on a daily basis on Twitter is what yell leaders [without any female cheerleaders] provide. But there's literally dozens of other games going on to see said women. It also goes against what yells are. Yells aren't an A&M thing by any stretch. They were originally made by all-male groups, first starting at Princeton. A&M is probably the sole campus that does them as they were intended. In addition, one has to admit, flipping signs that say "Go Aggies" and other milquetoast things sounds cringe, especially in Kyle Field. Like we have Medal of Honor recipients who did these things; why water them down now?
