Overall, I like having yell leader lead yells. But, IMO all the choreographed dancing around by the yell leaders looks really gay, and I don't like it at all. If they are going to dance around, let's replace them with female cheerleaders. The yell leaders didn't do all that dancing around crap in the 70's and early 80's. They're in military training for crying out loud... they should lead yells, not try to be cute. You don't see Army, Navy, or the Air Force Academy jump around acting like queer fools.

Can you be more specific? What I saw in that video seemed pretty much identical to what I remember yell leaders doing from back in the day.
