Until you have a real OC, Jimbo is the teams biggest obstacle on offense. Weigman isn't going to overcome the play calling / scheme Jimbo runs.

Our OLine is the second biggest hurdle, but fix the play calls scheme and make the defense honest and this should help the OLine

Utter disaster of a season and a failure on so many levels by jimbo and staff.

Just shockingly bad. To have the whole off week and come out and execute the way we did in the first 8 minutes is a damn joke.
