The amount of emphasis A&M enables yell leaders to have in the media for our football game needs to change. They are a liability more often than not.
Tired of seeing cringe yell leader **** blasted out on tv and social media week after week after week.

Yell leaders need to continue doing what they do best. Lead yells.

Who doesn't love being mocked? Teenagers (players) love it. Not.

Yell Practice appears completely embarrassing based on these videos, but the Gameday-insults would be negated in large part if we just added women/cheerleader to the sidelines for the tv cameras to have women to show the world rather than only men dressed funny.

I agree. Perform the role that they should which lead yells at sporting events. Stop giving them microphones

Society is evolving and sometimes that means changes need to be made. No one is saying to eliminate the yell leaders. Maybe just put some female eye candy on the sidelines too.

I don't know why you guys think yell stories not making a lot of sense is new. I remember a joke spot with some of my friends was when someone would tell a story that didn't really hit or make sense, someone would say, "And that's just what we are gonna do to them Aggies!" And I didn't get the sense that yell stories being kind of dumb and not making sense was exactly new in the 90's. I think the only difference from now and 15+ years ago is everyone having smartphones that record video and us televising on the web something that really isn't that much fun unless you are a little bit lit.

Don't eliminate the yell leaders, stop live streaming this nonsense, stop saying these dumb jokes, just do the yells and that's it. Stop corps block and put some women cheerleaders on the sidelines

Social media is the devil. But it's not going away and peoples perceptions matter. A&M is just a big business at the end of the day. And social media can destroy institutions and reputations whether fair or not. The yell leaders play into the athletic exposure and not the academic side. Why give impressionable recruits any reason whatsoever to question something? And yes, it's easy to say if they are so short sighted as that the Ags don't want them anyway. But is that true? It's a new day and age gentlemen. And this isn't coming from some millennial. I attended my first Aggie game in 1972.

You realize college station isn't exactly a paradise in the middle of Texas. Horns have the luxury of living in Austin which is enticing to young adults. We need every benefit we can get and have zero negative perception

Jorts, with open toed sandals, a maroon blm shirt that's sleeveless (wife beater), shaved head dyed purple with ss tattoo.
