I'm very glad our track & field coach dictated in his relationship with the school Nike sponsorship. Shows we really don't live in Texas A&Mstan.

Personally, I like adidas a lot. All shoe companies are taking socio-political stances based upon whatever grounds they individually are, and they're likely guided by what they perceive helps their bottom line.

I'm not sure what the answer is, but eschewing adidas for some other company wouldn't leave us with a lot of attractive options.

Rather than continuing to play the victim, why don't you clarify what "leftist ideologies" Adidas is pushing that caused you to chime in on this thread. Or did you just want to do a "drive-by" strawman argument/whatabout-ism of all colleges push leftist ideologies, which isnt what the original post is about. You have now had multiple chances to clarify what point it is you're trying to make and so far, have not succeeded.

Under Armor and Adidas are two running companies I will eliminate from my consideration when I buy running shoes.

Agreed, adidas ultra boost are great walking shoes however. I hate Nike products in general so I stray away. Under armour IMO has the best shorts, shirts and compression gear, socks. Shoes I look at new balance or another brand

The older generation for whatever reason is so against Nike it's laughable. Yet if you polled today's youth, it would be runway for Nike when compared against Adidas or UA.
