Tackling properly is an old school skill rarely taught in high school or college. That play was a symbol of that phenomenon. Clue: a man runs ONLY with his legs.


True for the initial contact...but when everyone is taught to handle the QB with kid gloves, I can see how it happened with the surrounding guys backing off instead of piling on.
What football do you watch? You hit the quarterback is hard as you can before he throws the ball. Afterwards no. Simple as that


I know the rules, but I stand by my post. We can agree to disagree if you think I'm wrong in what was going through their heads. Just my opinion

Nah, A&M is definitely a top-6 or Top-7 team this season at worst. Sure, they may not be Top-4 good but who you ranking ahead of them if you are trying to find 6-7 teams legitimately better? Cincy? Miami? BYU? A big 12 team?
