Achane is the real deal.
Like Spiller showed flashes last year, but he has beast moded this year. I think Achane is like that.

That was a really big drive. Scoring before the half like that is a huge statement.

Exactly. I think the spread game and hurry up has made some of us lose perspective with a pro style. 2 minutes and 2 timeouts is an eternity from midfield.
Mond really played a great first half. Only one questionable play that stood out where he probably should have tucked and run on a third down and 8 instead of threw. And that play was literally his only incompletion. you couldn't ask for much better half. so far we got Good Mond today.

Our D is definitely imoroved, but big part of the stats is due to Jimbo shortening the game for them.
Stuff like the Nix play is a result of modern day football, IMO.

Our defense has done ok. They've had chances to get off the field on long 3rd down opportunities.

If you can run for a first down for every play, that's what you do. It wipes out the defenses stamina.
