It's really weird, bc the gameplan against Georgia and LSU (run the ball no matter what) would work against Okie State.

Instead, we are running Big 12 style horizontal passes...exactly the kind of play the Okie State defense was made to stop.

Head scratching.

Believe what you want, but what happens says it all. Jimbo had zero confidence in him. Watching him turn it over twice, miss 2 easy TD passes and then he can't even run a QB sneak correctly.

What does a 30 yard pass down the field that gets picked off in traffic do? Nothing other than take it to the half. Mond has been terrible but so has Jimbo. No reason not to attack vertically there, even if jorvorskie is at QB(small joke because his shot put passes down field were always on the money)

Uhhh... What? True fish & soph at safety. Leal and Brown both starting on DL as fish and soph, Spiller and Wydermyer true fish, kenyon a true fish, and 4 seniors (fewest in country) on the roster.

It's no guarantee of success but he was good enough to be the best and he built one of the most dominant teams in cfb history. Pot shotting about his salary as if he isn't trying as hard is lazy and dumb.

That's evidenced by the back to back top10 recruiting classes.
