No. Not when we lost an all American center (who is dominant on Sundays) an all SEC rb and an all American TE. The offensive skill position talent arriving next year is an immediate upgrade.

It works great when the D blitzes. Then the QB doesn't have to worry about LBs intercepting the ball. The LBs terrify QBs throwing one the middle, especially Mond it seems like most passes.

Sumlin wasted at least 4 seasons going through QBs. He could get a good player to come to A&M. He failed to develop talent. Worst game day and bench coach I've seen at A&M over the last 54 seasons except for Franchione. It is going to take at least 4 seasons and 4 recruiting classes to become competitive. A&M has to develop quality depth if Aggies want to contend year after year with Alabama, Clemson, and the big boys.
