Okay, and I say to Johnny "Prove me wrong." But based on his 7 years of history, I'm past the point of giving him the benefit of the doubt.
This language from the CFL commissioner is pretty strong though.

Those conditions have been violated and we feel it's best, and Montreal feels its best, to let Johnny move on. And we think it's best for our league that he do the same. And we wish him well."
So not only is he cut, he's
banned from the league. I'm not sure you do that to players just because they are speaking to the AAF or the XFL. If that's the case, go ahead and ban about 90% of CFL players.
I'll stick to my opinion until proven otherwise.
