The enablers on this thread are unreal ...
The witness was laying down, heard a window break, sat up and saw them throwing rocks......
The drunk and stupid alibi is getting old.
What happens on the day an Aggie football player kills someone,..... the sunshine pumpers will still pump away
Yeah, cuz surely there is more to the story than some drunk idiot throwing rocks at cars.Fitzwilly said:How dare you, sir... this IS TEXAGS!!!!!Lateralus Ag said:

What a great match. Adidas is currently under criminal indictment. Good idea for both to sign up with each other - they can share attorney expenses.champagnepapi said:

I agree. I've partied damn near every weekend for 20 years since turning 21 and have never busted shlt up just for fun.Gyles Marrett said:
Pretty pathetic that so many of you are writing this off as a "stupid drunken moment, who cares" type of response. Sure we have all been drunk and done stupid things but throwing rocks at other peoples cars and causing damage is just a pure trash move. I thought a lot more of Kirk than that. I bet the responses would be a lot different if it was your car that got damaged.

Worst thing in my book is lack of respect for another's property. Whether that is life, property or monetary. Most work hard for what they've got.

And body mannerisms and grinding jaw back and forth. Not saying it's open and shut that he did it, but more than just a blank stare was referenced...it's pretty easy a lot of times to tell if someone is high on cocaine based on their jaw movement.500,000ags said:
There are some real Window Justice Warriors on this thread. Smfh, all of a sudden cocaine use is being tied to someone based on a very blank stare.
Apparently it was from a police report, which usually isn't filed by hired security guards. My cousin is a LEO and he could easily tell if someone is high on cocaine with probably 90% accuracy at least. Hell, I could always tell when certain friends had used it back in the day.dBoy99 said:
Ever been caught doing something stupid/illegal? Maybe the blank stare was "Oh ****, I just ruined my life", not blank stare because he was on coke. Maybe he was grinding his teeth because he pissed that he did this/put himself in this situation. How terribly irresponsible to say that. Maybe someone should ask the security guard when he stopped beating his wife.
Oh, I forgot to include that overwhelming evidence of body language and jaw movement.Boo Weekley said:And body mannerisms and grinding jaw back and forth. And cocaine use is becoming rampant among people in that age group.
