The Waste Management Open is basically a multi-day, outdoor fraternity party where a few people happen to be playing golf.

Throwing rocks at cars is a pretty weird crime for anyone over 15 or so. I'm guessing they were ****ing hammered. If it wasn't a moment of really drunk dumbassery, though, then that speaks very poorly of him. Wanton vandalism - destroying other people's stuff just for the thrill - is thoroughly rotten behavior.

Wouldn't be at all that surprised if it was cocaine related... it's rhe easiest to mask/get out of your system and keeps you going (Michael Irvin... party all night with no sleep and go all day in practice/game).

There doesn't seem to be legal evidence to support this claim, just the officer's description of Kirk's behavior. That being said, anyone who has ever been in a place of leadership and/or influence knows that PERCEPTION IS REALITY.

There are some real Window Justice Warriors on this thread. Smfh, all of a sudden cocaine use is being tied to someone based on a very blank stare.

Ever been caught doing something stupid/illegal? Maybe the blank stare was "Oh ****, I just ruined my life", not blank stare because he was on coke. Maybe he was grinding his teeth because he pissed that he did this/put himself in this situation. How terribly irresponsible to say that. Maybe someone should ask the security guard when he stopped beating his wife.

Oh and by the way, if he was not on cocaine I would hire a good attorney and sue the security guard and whoever else said I was high for slander & defamation.

My thoughts exactly. A drunk mind processing that he just cost himself millions and a potential 1st round opportunity.

Apparently it was from a police report, which usually isn't filed by hired security guards. My cousin is a LEO and he could easily tell if someone is high on cocaine with probably 90% accuracy at least. Hell, I could always tell when certain friends had used it back in the day.

Whether Kirk was on coke or not, I hope he stays away from it and also starts hanging with the right crowd or telling his friends to quit acting like idiots when he's around.

Oh, I forgot to include that overwhelming evidence of body language and jaw movement.

People questioning his character or saying they're glad he's gone, based on this is nonsense. Unlike most stupid vandals, Kirk has a track record that points to a lapse in judgement versus some underlying character issue that undermines his reputation as a hard worker and good teammate for the last 3+ years.

I've pulled for Johnny through stuff 10x worse because of a lack of substantive evidence. Kirk doesn't even make that radar.
