Yes. Sends a message that we aren't happy and want to win. Not content with what is currently on display. This hurts recruiting and the overall look of our program. Even the Aggie faithful doesn't wanna show up anymore.

I think this is as much a confidence game as it is a talent game. If Mond gets some success, he'll get the mental confidence to build on it. We need him to get that confidence moving forward.
