That is so awesome! Thanks for the look back. Little girls are tougher than little boys is what our doctor told us when are little girl arrived 6 weeks early!

And she is a beautiful little girl! Congratulations Dad.

I didn't go into the details. She was life flighted from Highland Village to Children's with undetermined injuries. After examination, MRI, and x-rays had bruising and hairline on crown of pelvis.

Hardest day was on doctor's instruction to encourage her to walk even though the pain and fear were in her eyes. She did.

12/25/23 Update:

Adalyn is double digits and incredibly artistic.
She is constantly drawing, painting, and sculpting things.
She writes and illustrates books weekly. If she had a more entrepreneurial dad she would probably be published and making bank.
Speaking of making bank, my daughters get $5 anytime I mention them in sermons. Because this event with Adalyn changed my life, I use it as an example quite often and she loves it. Every week she tells me what my running bill is at, "You now owe me $25"

First time to read this. I was just telling someone that I believe in miracles and know I've noticed 4 but I'm sure they happen to me much more often than I realize.
She looks like a very happy child. I'm looking forward to seeing her wear her Aggie ring in about 11 years.

God, still, is good all the time. I'll note there are times when he for his own reasons doesn't provide the desired miracle, but he does answer prayer.

Remember: when YOU pray the prayer IS HEARD in heaven. And to our favor the Holy Spirit intercedes for us with communication we cannot comprehend in our behalf. Bringing the names of people you love to the Throne of Heaven is both the gift given to the child of God and a royal duty as his emissaries to the world.

And when God does visibly answer prayer in such a mighty, marvelous way, we are given entrance to the Throne yet again to offer thanksgiving and praise, again as a matter of princely privilege and royal obligation.

And all of this is our way of announcing the fulfillment of the Annunciation with marvelous pronunciation!

In 2013 you said: "Aggie Football related because she is going to be a better FG kicker than Sanjay and play for the good guys in 18 years"

I'm now 72 and your daughter is 10. I'm really hoping I will be around in 8 years to be able to see her kick some Field Goals ! Gig 'em !
