I missed this initially but I am so happy she is well! It is amazing how God uses difficult situations for His purpose. I'm so sure this child has touched so many lives. And even in this moment, a year after-the-fact, God used her life to touch mine and others here. I often times take my children's health for granted or let other things get in the way with my time with them. So Adalyn has inspired me to push aside a little work that I can do after Christmas and go home a little early and surprise my kids.

Thanks for the updated pics! Will continue to pray for great reports, progress, and health! And thanks for the reminder of the reason for the season! We're so quick to get caught up in recruits and coaches, but there are more important things in life!

Never intended to register or post on this site, born and raised a Longhorn. I had to register to tell you that my family will be praying for your beautiful girl and your family. May Gods grace be upon you, your family and especially your daughter. I cannot imagine anything that would be as stressful as what you are going through. I will be passing the word to my Longhorn friends that wouldn't normally see this, all our prayers will be with you. Please let us know how it's going.

Thank God for the great update. My little boy just turned 3 months old, and I cant even imagine what I would do if something like that happened to him. Seeing that beautiful little baby and thinking about what you were going through this time last year, made me shed a tear. This makes all this nonsense and worry about hiring a DC and the loss of a couple of recruits seem pretty childish and stupid. Continued prayers to you and your little girl!

Man, there must be some dust in the air or something...I have a 13 month old daughter and it brings tears to my eyes just thinking of her going through something like this. I am glad to hear that things are going well and will continue to pray that everything continues to go well. Merry Christmas and thanks for sharing and updating.

I am not a religious person, but my son has been through Scottish Rite in Dallas, and it is a great group. Sounds like the Atlanta doctors are top notch as well (praise to them). Glad to see your daughter is doing so well.
