pictures can't really convey how cool the sky looks when the gigatron is cycling through color tests at night, the whole sky is lit up with color.

The lights have been awesome at night. The whole campus had a glow last night due to Kyle Field. I have to pinch myself every time I've seen Kyle since moving in

Any idea if there will be banners/anything hung on the SEZ since we can't do a brick facade? The aerial video showing the zone was a great shot to show the huge block ATM, but the back wasn't great. I would hate for them to use that view on a broadcast simply for the large logo.

Looks like they're doing formwork for more sidewalks on the north end too. I guess they'll be finishing up the north side of the canopy and getting all of that scaffolding down from there pretty soon.

I have a question that may or may not be dumb, and may or may not have been answered before, but...

Are the roofs of the Stair towers open air plazas? From the flyover video, it look as though there are Concession/Bathroom type popups on top of those. Can you just hang out there in front of the NE video board up there on that "roof"?

It's been discussed that the "roofs" of the towers are where the top of the stairs end and people spill out onto them. Seems reasonable.

True but the construction cams aren't the best anyway. We will have to wait for someone to go take more pics for us......

The cool thing about banners is that they're only banners... In the grand scheme of the entire Kyle Field redevelopment, those are the most easily replaced if necessary. I happen to think it all looks fuggin awesome.

I can't make out what the banners have on them until someone explained it.

Seriously it looks like some gothic dungeon with skeleton piled on top of each other with a angel of death coming from above.

At least have them maroon!
