I might do that ride tonight. Sounds like it's a good one!

I loved the style/setup especially the section of surprise intervals, and (hopefully not too much of a spoiler alert) when AT goes on this 2-3 minute off the bike motivational speech it got me hyped to finish strong. He is a force!

Bravo sir...but I cannot let this stand....
In other news, is anyone down for a PZE session this evening (~5ish). I don't know what the sessions will be or how we could coordinate, but just a thought.
I don't think there is one specific to this board. I use #Texags and #TexasAggies.DoubleOught-BMA said:
Hey folks... I've had the bike for a few months (love it) and now want to join the H&F board during rides. How does that work? What's the hashtag? I feel like I saw it listed once on this thread but I can't find it. Thanks!

I've had my bike for a while and have mostly ridden with Ben Aldis, Emma Lovewell when I want more straight cardio vs power, and Matt Wilpers. Big fan of all 3, but I've seen the PowerZone rides and am curious how you test or find your baseline for the rides. The descriptors make it seem like if you don't know your zones you'll be lost. Any help?

From a cyclist's perespective...these seem like crazy numbers.
Is there any chance Peloton is giving you guys some credit? 330 is fantastic by itself. That's a Cat2 FTP depending on weight.
450 is a pro cyclist.
