Weighed in at 221.2 lbs this morning, down from 222 lbs last Monday. Although I only lost .8 lbs over the span of this last week, I ate somewhat poorly and only got two light workouts in. I was just happy I didn't gain weight this week, which I was fully expecting when I got on the scale this morning. Especially after having pizza and beer yesterday.

I've cleaned up my diet. Counting calories and working out. I'm starving. No change. It's sad that people tell me I look great, but I don't like what I see when I look in a mirror.
