Super Bowl probably did me in a little but want to keep my weigh in days and times consistent so oh well. Still progress, however little it may be.

Played a little loose this weekend, but my daily weigh-ins are still showing downward movement. Time to buckle down this week and see if I can get under 331. My end of February DietBets have goals around 328.

Hmmm....

Looks like I have a little bit of a spike this morning which is not uncommon for Mondays. Hopefully I see my normal big drop on Tuesday.

I have a mini-goal to get down to 186 by Valentine's Day. From Sunday to Sunday that would be a 2.2 pound drop... a good, disciplined week this week can get me there but it's going to be close.

With family in town this weekend and Super Bowl Sunday, I was still able to drop 2 lbs from last Monday's weigh in.

1/4/16: 236.8 lbs
2/8/16: 225.2 lbs

Here's to hoping I can lose another 2-3 lbs this week!

I was having a great week, even had a 190 in there one morning but the weekend spent at the In-laws was nothing but trouble. My mother-in-law feels it's her life mission to stuff my face full of goodies. Plus meals on the road while traveling are rarely easy.

Here's to killing it this week!

I drank 4 craft beers in 3 hours last night. I don't weigh in until Friday morning but that will probably stump my progress a bit.

Still logging 198. Been on some medication for a couple of weeks that has really challenged my discipline. Back on track as of this morning, hit (4) miles at 5am and laser focused again!

Past couple weeks have been rough. Sprained my ankle pretty bad during a workout. My diet has been crap. Ugh. I need to clean things up. 164 days until I get married and I'm beyond stressed out.

Had my normal Monday spike but didn't have my normal Tuesday drop off. Hopefully some bodily functions are just thrown off by a day or so.

Really hope I see that drop tomorrow. Next mini goal is 186 by Valentine's Day and I was at 189 this morning. Without that big drop I normally get I might not make it. GOTTA STAY STRONG!

*** 2.8.16 Weigh In ***

All things considered (Super Bowl) it was a really good week for us collectively.

AggieLitigator jumped in and gave us a 13 pound boost, growing our total weight loss for the week at 52.9 pounds, or 0.45% of our body weight. A few more posters didn't weigh in this week, which I'm guessing is a way to "even out" any gains that you might see from this past weekend. I used my Friday weight so that I wouldn't be discouraged after this weekend (I have jumped 3 pounds up since then). Here is to having a great week this week. Those of you who gained, or had a rough weekend should see some good numbers while working off that temporary spike.

CDMAG10 has now lost 10% of his original body weight, which I think calls out some special recognition. 10 posters in total have worked of more than 5%. Good job all.

Total weight loss for the year is now at 415 pounds.
