i don't know...i see people driving an art car at least once a week in houston so it's not all that weird to me...but then again i live within less than a mile from the art car museum

I understand that art cars aren't odd and you could drive them. Just don't really expect to see them. Especially driving in Pasa-get-down-dena or Deer Park.
