Yeah, that's all done. I'm trying to figure out financial division.
I offered to my neighbor to have my lawn service cut up the tree, we agreed the price was decent. The tree was managed.
The lawn service guy told me it's about a 75/25 split, mine being the lessor of the two, in terms of the effort to manage it.
So do my neighbor and I split it as such or does the neighbor have responsibility since it was his tree?
Tree was healthy, it appears this is truly an act of God.
I'm reading elsewhere we just split it amicably and be done with it. His insurance likely won't cover it since it neither caused damage nor blocked my neighbors driveway. I think that's how we're gonna handle it.

Good Lord.
Those will be complete tear downs.
Rainman Ray (a Youtube mechanic) had a series of videos on some mods he did on his personal Sliverado 2500 to pull double duty as a small scale power supply during hurricanes. I think all together it was a second alternator, controllable idle setpoint mod, and a big bank of batteries & an inverter feeding a bunch of outlets in the toolbox.94chem said:JSKolache said:

I saw a pickup turned on all night at Crystal Beach. Do they have outlets? Seems like a good use - turn your 50K truck into an $800 generator. Wonder what that equated to in odometer miles.
Anyone else in Houston get an angry letter from the HOA dated one business day before a hurricane makes landfall telling you that you have ten days to work on your landscaping? Just me? #Kingwood #BERYL #HOA #HOAfromHELL pic.twitter.com/TmrBb5sHkL

So is AgLA06 on his way up to Gallery Furniture today to set Mack straight?
There's a happy medium between that and slashing things.AgLA06 said:Dr. Doctor said:aTm2004 said:

If you don't want a company looking out for their bottom line, then you're going to have to make it a government entity and all that comes with that.
I live in the yellow and I have power. Just goes to show how broad it is when they highlight these groupings of circuits.Guitarsoup said:

Come on.
You know the stats on what Centerpoint is spending on maintenance how how that compares with other electric utilities.
Troll.
