How long does power need to be out before it's reasonable to go Purge on the people that obviously have whole house generators after dark?

Parents house in Cypress: their neighbor's tree fell on my parents' garage, carport, and 5th wheel RV... the lean to got crushed; it pulled their power line down and the tree branches stabbed through the roof of the camper and caved in the ceilings inside a little...
My mom is crushed like she lost her best friend. They love camping and they've had this 5th wheel for 4 years. She researched it for like 9 months before buying it and planned to keep it another 10-15 years... they don't make it anymore and the layout was perfect for them and the grandkids... I know; 1st world problems...

That is why I don't think anyone should have a tree within 50' of house or power lines.

I know they have a hard, thankless job… but they're terrible at it.

Power and internet back in my area of Pearland
When I was at my utility, we had to figure out a merit/seniority system to determine which crews could travel to outages, There were literal fist fights over who was going to go. They love to suck up that FEMA money on overtime.Premium said:
