I know that feeling. Back in early '99 I was living in Bryan when a big storm rolled through at about 2 a.m. I heard hail, and went to the front door to check on my car, and right when I opened the door, it was like all of the air was sucked from the house and I heard a roar. I shut the door, and ran back inside. Confirmed that there was a tornado the next day. I think it hadn't touched down yet, though.

Still no power in my part of 77024. Neighbors on the other side of the street from me had power come back immediately. Seems like most areas north of me to the Katy Freeway have power.
I'm about 2 blocks west of the HEB off Washington in 77007. Just got home and power is on. House is at 79, so only been on for about an hour or so.
Is all of 77433 power back on?
We're on west side of Studewood, north of 14th and power came back on about 45min ago.

Same. I did a screenshot on my computer to try to zoom in some more. Pretty sure the purple blob is SPP, but not sure since that map doesn't have any streets to go off of.
We live behind the HEB on Washington and we have had a total of 15 minutes of power in the last 48 hours. We thought we had it back tonight when everyone else got it back but it tripped back off again.

My guess is it's the last house that gets power. I'm in a tan area in 009 and we are surrounded by houses with power, but not at our house.

Damn. We got lucky at our house. Some of that tan I see in Spring is just on the other side of the main road into our subdivision from us. We never lost power during the storm.
77429 here. Still no power here. Got a text at 9:30 pm that said it would be restored by end of day, today. Not sure if that means today or tomorrow since end of day is in 2 hours. But it looks like we're in the blue or purple on the map. Who knows…
