I've got nothing to prove. If someone just asked me in a different venue I'd probably answer, but in this situation, it's a matter of principle because another poster made his assumption with no basis and tried to wield it like an attack in a non sequitur fashion.

TABC is allowing breweries to redo their permits on a temporary basis that allows people to drink to-go beers in patio areas. So, be ready for mass ICU admissions in 2-3 weeks!
It's because of OSHA recordability. Any suspected spread at work can *technically* be deemed a recordable.
