This. I haven't had any accrue illness since November 2019 but I've had positive antibody tests since at least august. If I hadn't given blood I'd never know.swimmerbabe11 said:

Well I'm just a normal guy in my 40s who had it and never stopped lifting weights or exercising. It was like a mild cold. But carry on with the fear.
