The gauge is TMC (9 counties) correct? Isn't the 200 metrics supposed to be Harris only? No way in hell Harris has over 200 if TMC is showing under 400.Diggity said:

are they at least stripping out the back-dated "new cases" now? or just doing that on twitter to avoid getting chastised, then still using the erroneous totals for the charting?

Think they are just doing it on Twitter, no way we had >500 cases from the last 2 weeks reported yesterday
If that is the case someone needs to wise up and call them out on it. Lina has no jurisdiction over those other counties and because of that has no right to enforce her BS based on data for any county other than Harris.Diggity said:

WTF was the teaser I just saw on a commercial earlier from Ch.13 claiming "there's a new more contagious form of COVID in the Houston area, what you need to know...."
Because there is no threat of a super storm that could potentially cause 1000X the damage as Harvey, so they have to create a reason for you to tune in.
Don't know but channel 2 said the city is testing our crap water to tell where higher concentrations of covid are. What are the odds that's the next metric to extend code red
