I'm a little conflicted on the TMC data today.
The ICU bed chart is great and that's a great curve to see.
However, the number of positive tests is have jumped back up. I'm really questioning this stat as to if it has any value, but here it is:
However, the % positive between greater Houston and TMC seems to go in the complete opposite direction. Not sure what it means though. Guess we will find out soon enough.

Who knows when the specimen collection for the TMC tests are vs the greater Houston data.

Positive cases are up but they're either weak infections or asymptomatic because people aren't being forced into the hospital as frequently?

Bars, sporting events, concerts, And other mass gatherings. As well as restaurants back at full capacity.
There should be no restrictions in place at all.

How about schools opening on time? How about restaurants not limited to 50% capacity? How about opening up bars? And can we stop with the constant fear porn that is only meant to scare people into staying home.

50% isn't hurting the businesses. I know restaurant owners. What is hurting them is no customers. If 50% was the issue, they would be at 50% capacity a ton and that just isn't the case.

And that should be our primary metrics considering that the original reason for a lock down was to prevent the hospitals from being overwhelmed.Sasappis said:

If we open everything up and stop reporting daily infection and death numbers, then people will naturally realize that covid is a mild illness that is of minimal threat to most. People will then return to normal after things are open and everything is functioning normally.
In general most vastly overestimate the seriousness of this virus. The study in the article below found that 20 year olds alone perceived an average fatality rate of 12%. Their real fatality rate is closer to .012%

I was driving back from Dallas and every TX DOT billboard was threat level red, they can **** right off with this nonsense
