When we were in Florida a couple weeks ago staying in Santa Rosa Beach we did the obligatory day where we rented a pontoon and hung out at Crab Island (I'm pretty sure SEC bylaws require all fans/alumni of SEC programs to vacation in the Destin/30A corridor). Anyway, they've got those floating, inflatable obstacle courses and while the kids were playing the other dad in our group and I struck up a conversation with the gentleman who owns that business. He claimed his insurance premiums were $100K per year despite never having had a claim in 20 years and that he also paid the city (might have been county) $1.5MM annually for the right (I presume a lease of some kind) to operate his business there.
