Definitely not high end and definitely not local. This is a cheap, cheap CHEAP Chinese knockoff of a Breitling limited edition model. I bought this just to have another option to wear for weekends, or if a risk of theft or breakage. Mechanical chronograph with sapphire and display case back. For $140 it's just for fun. That even includes paying extra for FedEx out of China. Did I mention it was cheap?
