I raised an eyebrow too...I'd have to see a Sub on a jubilee bracelet to make a final determination but it doesn't sound like it should look good to me.

He's paying for it. I don't see why it matters unless he actually plans on diving with it since they stretch easier. If he likes the Jubilee he should get it. I'd probably recommend it in addition to the regular bracelet for resale or incase he changes his mind.

After years with my Submariner, I finally got it fit just right. Don't know why it didn't occur to me to move the half link to the other side, but that did the trick. It's now fantastic.

They offered me a bunch for it in lieu of discount. Apparently Omega is really hitting their AD's hard on anything over 10%

The hulk was a large reason behind the decision to flip but I sold the hulk a while ago, actually "catching the falling knife" so to speak but in reverse. I think I sold it for around $27k at the height of the madness.

The kermit is a cool watch but has nowhere near the presence of the hulk. The black on green doesn't look that great together.

It was because the problem was so minor but nagging. The half link switch was just right.

I wonder if they're worried about the scarcity and growing value of Rolex and Tudor. Rolex held production numbers while Omega are not hard to find and did the cheap swatch release.

MAP is not uncommon.

If I'm a smaller watch/jewelry store why would I carry Omega if I know the larger store across town is just going to undercut me by 5-10% but sell more units.

If Omega was worried about how Rolex impacted their sells they could also cut production.

No one looks down their nose at BMW because Maybach is more limited production.
