The styling is fine IMO...just a bit large.

There is plenty of good juice out there including stuff there is always on the shelf. The allocated stuff is good (mostly) but a lot of it is hype.

With how little I drink now, even if I only sell 4 bottles I don't think I'll go through my inventory before I die.

As a fellow bourbon head, sell. There's so much good bourbon out there now. No need to keep bottles worth hundreds and thousands, unless it's your only vice and hobby. A watch will give you a lot more tangible value and satisfaction vs the occasional special occasion sip of Pappy that tastes a few % points better than your reasonable top shelf options. I've got my collection down to just be respectable and more importantly, actually drinkable….rather than a bottle I just stare at and try to calculate how special the occasion has to be to actually pour a glass
I did this when I bought the Skydweller and couldn't be happier with the decision. I enjoy the watch way more than the 5 or 6 bottles collecting dust I sold to offset some of the cost. I've toyed with the idea of selling more to get something else.

Willing to work with an ag on here, but my research and talking with a few posters from the bourbon board seems to confirm these values….fwiw, they're older bottles, not current releases. The 20 year is '11 and the GTS is '14. The Handy is '13

Yeah. The 20 year is one of the last releases from the Stitzel-Weller distillery. Think it closed in 92? This would have been distilled in 91

Check the proof on the labels. You can then find what year it is online. (Other than the Pappy, need etch code on bottom)

I pulled the trigger on a Baltic Aquascaphe GMT that should be delivered on Tuesday, and as usually happens I've moved on to shopping for something else. I'm not a huge fan of dive watches, but for some reason I've decided that I want a green one as my next watch. A Starbucks sub is a little more than I'm looking to spend, unfortunately.
I've got it down to an Oris Aquis (unsure of size but leaning toward the 39.5) or a Longines Hydroconquest 41mm. I also like the look of the Mido Ocean Star dial in pictures, but it looks cheap in a couple of YouTube reviews. Anything others that warrant consideration?

I've read good things about Mido. Where did you buy your Baltic? I have been looking at those lately, but it doesn't seem like they have many retailers
