Rubber is extremely uncomfortable and a hair grabber. Nylon doesn't hold the watch in place unless I crank it down way too tight.

I have pretty hairy arms, but the rubber never really pulled at it.
My NATOs seem to have more options than the steel. Have to take out a bigger part of the bracelet on steel, than going one hole on a NATO, so much easier to get a good fit on the NATO.
One of my leather bands has a deployment clasp, so that is the easiest to get a perfect fit, but it is also more of a pain. Plus, I hate sweating in leather, which is hard not to do in Houston.
