Two different sellers and language of the date wheel seem different. I'd by the cheaper of the two.
I always advise people to purchase watches on steel bracelets and buy aftermarket or OEM straps. A Seiko bracelet may not break the bank, but typically bracelets are extremely pricey to purchase on their own.
Each of those seikos should have the date in Spanish and English.

A quick look says nothing. I was thinking #1 could be a "Made in Japan" model, which us more coveted and demands a higher price. But it doesn't appear to be the case. As far as #2 having the day in Spanish, don't worry about it. The day is in both English and Spanish. You choose the language when you set the date.
They appear to be the same watch on a quick glance. And don't worry about the rubber strap. One of the places Seiko saves money is in the bracelet, and many people opt to upgrade. You can find a better bracelet than the one it comes with for $50-$100.
The SKX is superior to the Luminox. It is one of the, if not the, best watches for the money you spend.

And, so what? I'm not in the market and have no intention of buying another watch that I don't need.
Maybe "superior" is the wrong word. But it's quality for the price point is second to none. Also, it's not a quartz watch, which many prefer. Also, there's the huge after market available at a pretty reasonable cost to customize it to fit what you want. IMO, if Luminox didn't have "Navy Seal" on some of it's faces, many wouldn't give it a second look. Again, that's my opinion.
my favorite feature of the luminox is the tritium lighting. mine that i've had since 2001 is still glowing. it's not as bright as when new, but in the middle of the night it's still glowing when others have lost their charge.

I'm actually wearing the 2nd one now. I love that watch. Highly recommend
Could you post a pic? I've only ever seen the "studio" type images. Never on somebody's wrist in real light. I don't need another watch, but something a bit different could be justified...

Of the three you listed, the BLNR is the most versatile.
It is as waterproof as you are and the subtle blue is a nice touch. Plus, you get an extra complication with the GMT hand. The one thing I miss when I wear the GMT is the timing bezel as I am always keeping track of things.
I do not like the polished center links (I had mine brushed) nor am I crazy about the easylink clasp.
The submariner clasp is unbelievable and it's a shame it's not an option for other watches.
Between the sub and the SD4k - I choose the SD4k though the sub is great. The SD is taller on the wrist but wears smaller than the sub because of the more tapered lugs. The matte dial is also nice as is the bezel.
I'm just about sure the BLNR is the answer, unless the CFO gets ahold of things.
Hal Martin's guy did it - I think it was about $75.

It's the real deal. It's not cheap, but it would make the BLNR perfect.
