I believe you missed my point there. El Tiempo seems popular here but that alone doesn't make it good.

El Tiempo, Ninfa's Navigation, Pappasitos are my top 3.



For those that want to make them at home...buy a package of filets at Costco, cut them in a circular strip, season up and grill on charcoal/mesquite. Cut an onion in 3 keep rings together: olive oil, salt/pepper. Cook like a burger. Charred on outside, tender in the middle.
