Who makes the best seafood enchiladas? I'm not a big fan of much at Adobe Cafe but the make damn good seafood enchiladas.

Are at Lupe once and had the fajitas. Overly tough and limey, just as others have brought up.

$4/lb?! where the **** is this Michoacan you are going to? Usually they are at least $6/lb. Not that much of a difference, but it adds up over time.

Did i say the same el tiempo meat as in the restaurant? no i did not...
I said you can buy the el tiempo fajita meat from El Tiempo meat market... perhaps its the same meat with a variation of their marinade...perhaps its a completely different thing altogether...what i do know, is that any meat bought from the El Tiempo Meat market is technically el tiempo fajita meat.
While I have never bough Michoacan fajita meat, i can say that the el tiempo fajita meat that i cook at home is better than any self marinade ive made.

The Del Mar at Escalantes is pretty solid

But I happen to like Lupe Tortilla fajitas. I don't care for El Tiempo's fancy filet fajitas.

Recommendation if at Lupe's- order the Steak Lupe. It's the whole skirt steak with melted white cheese and pico de gallo on it. Better than the regular fajitas.
