Personal favorite is El Tiempo, but I haven't tried a ton of places.

Believe it or not, the Aquarium.

They make a beef tip fajita... Not sure how but the use the ferris wheel to gather them...

The last that I have had at el tiempo and papasitas are cooked medium rare and I dont like fajitas that way

It really is preference. I prefer medium rare fajitas and think El Tiempo is the best in town. Lupe fajitas are way too overpowered by lime flavor for my taste.

El Tiempo Filet fajitas, everything else there is very mediocre.

I also like Lupe contrary to the tine boards taste.

I like Lupes but El Tiempo is a little better in my book. Hardly ever get Lupe's though cause my wife doesn't like lime-soaked meat for some reason.

Alicia's in Cypress has great beef fajitas. Puts Lupe tortilla to shame. Other than that I also think El Tiempo has the best.

also, hidden gem on Washington is the El Tiempo meat market...you can buy the el tiempo fajita meat and cook at home...

that being said...Lupe Tortillas is way far down the list of what i consider good ... at anything...except their flautas
