I talked to one of the hosts last week who is a personal friend. He was very reluctant to talk about the situation and I am going to respect his privacy but I will say that:

Greggo is due back soon and he was surprised that he was not already back.

There is grave concern for Greggo and this has been a very troubling situation for the whole Ticket family.

man, that promo has honestly been run EVERYDAY, saying "the hardline featuring Mike and Greg blah blah blah," so dont read to much into that.

i do think the fact they havent changed the promos and still play greggo drops means he'll be back. but i wouldnt count on it happening today due to that promo you heard, because i hear it every day.

It was weird the way Rhynes said "He said i, not us, so there you go."

there was a bit of bitterness in his voice, I wonder if he is pissed because he is sick of having to dodge questions, or if he is just pissed that it happened again.

I really hope they actually address it this time, instead of just bringing him back on the air and trying to proceed as normal.

The radio show is part of a broader multi-platform effort by the former ESPN sportscaster to build the Dan Patrick brand. Recently, Patrick announced he would join Sports Illustrated as a senior writer for the printed magazine and SI.com.
I guess there are no local stations that would put the show on live at 9AM, so they're sticking him in the night shift.

Tree Hugger (or anyone listening), give me some context to Mike's above mentioned quote. What was he referring to? I didnt hear this part of the show yesterday, so I am curious to how they reacted to Greggo's piece from Richie Witt.
