You can speculate all day long, but it's likely nothing different than the incentives that brought the Star, PGA, or the multitude of other big additions to Frisco. It's going to be an inconvenience to live in the neighborhood next door, but that intersection is going to be no worse than ElDorado & the Tollway is now.

I really don't care about that next door neighborhood. I do care about them reviewing all the side deals in private chambers. It's dirty. I'm sure it's another million for Chaney and his crew while they look the other way on this deal.

Frisco is STILL dry?! I lived there 20 years ago when we had to drive to the colony to get beer or join the "club" to drink at the Down Under and oogle at cougars.
