This is actually a Fedex-Kinkos store. The other dropboxes near this area are all purely dropboxes (and no storefront). I believe Fedex pick-up typically scan as soon as the truck driver picks up from the dropbox.trouble said:

A robbery detective told KXAN that method is used to determine height.
