Anyway, Tim Horton's is nice. Cleaner and better service than Mr. Hamburger.

They are open. It's the official grand opening that's happening on 1/24. They aren't going to open and then close up again.

Man talk about disappointment. They marketed that thing all over for at least 6 months and then it didn't even last the summer before it was Sully's. We actually liked Fowl Digits the couple times we went there. I have zero insider information, but I always suspected there was more to the story like a trademark infringement or something. However, same could be said about Varsity Grill. Lots of smoke, and then barely makes it a few months. Restauranting is hard

It's very hard. High costs and low margins.

They did announce they wiki no longer be there. I think they are moving to CS but wherever it is, they haven't announced the location.

We've gone occasionally as well since our youngest likes their shrimp. The main thing we noticed they were out of was customers.

Corporate filed for bankruptcy back in Oct with a plan to close some stores. Hard to see how the local store was ever going to be on this list of stores to keep.

Sad to see any restaurant fail. We would go to Razoo's every couple of months. I did notice that we would be one of very few diners in the place, so I didn't think this location would survive the bankruptcy.

Visit College Station posted about Unreined's plan to open a distillery available for tours and a tasting room in south College Station sometime in mid to late 2026.

I believe they've already moved from their first location at the Edge General Store. They're off Wheelock Hall Road now, but you can't see it from the road.

Nolen's Formal Apparel on 29th Street is apparently closing for good as the owner has decided to retire. They have a sign on their building and a notice on their website about their closing sale, everything must go. Per the website, they will be open Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM for anyone interested in shopping the sale.

Harvest has closed at its original location and is moving into the Kimball building (poked my head in, the space looks nice).

Also, College is FINALLY open north of Villa Maria! The two new roundabouts are fully operational!
