Common Side Effects and Reactions
During this time, nearly 14 million COVID-19 vaccine doses were administered and VAERS received and processed 6,994 reports of adverse events. The most frequently reported symptoms to VAERS were:
- 6,354 events (90.8%) were classified as nonserious
- 640 (9.2%) were classified as serious

- Muscle ache (22.9%)
- Chills (11.6%)

If it is needed I expect it will be done through your primary doc or pharmacies.
Do you have a link where you found those percentages for Brazos County? Does it have other counties as well?Nosmo said:
Here's age groups with "at least one shot" status for the Texas and Brazos County. These are people that have been or will be fully vaccinated.
Also, showing how many in Brazos county that have not had at least one shot. In other words, how many remain in that group.

The COVID-19 vaccine supply has increased to the point that DSHS will no longer allocate vaccine to providers each week. As of May 10, providers can order vaccine from DSHS on a daily basis. The tables on this page reflect allocations that were made between Dec. 14, 2020 May 3,2021. In addition to state allocations to enrolled vaccine providers, there were direct federal allocations for programs like the Federal Retail Pharmacy Program for COVID-19 Vaccination and the Health Center COVID-19 Vaccine Program for Federally Qualified Health Centers.
Everyone MUST comply, and I mean yesterday. Those in charge won't accept anything less.cavscout96 said:

Nice. How concerned are we. really, about vax "reluctance?" Serious question. Seems like the reluctance is all in the under 50 crowd who are not, by and large, at risk.
Under 50 crowd outside of 1A group only became eligible a month or so ago. Need time to schedule and catch up. That said, this group still will likely be a lower take percentage, because we often feel we're young and invincible.cavscout96 said:

The FDA approved Pfizer and BioNTech's request to allow their Covid-19 vaccine to be given to kids ages 12 to 15 on an emergency use basis.
The agency granting use of the shot in younger age groups will accelerate the nation's efforts to drive down infections, experts say.
It will also allow middle school-aged students to get vaccinated before school starts this fall.

Approval by the FDA for kids under age 12 could come in the second half of this year. In a slide presentation that accompanied the company's earnings release on May 4, Pfizer said it expects to apply for authorization for its vaccine for use in toddlers and young children in September and infants in November. It's already begun the submission process seeking full FDA approval for its use in people ages 16 and up, the company said Friday.
Eh? As in they couldn't find time to go to the hub in the 4 months that 1st shots were available to medical personnel?FlyRod said:
Had to go to an Urgent Care Tuesday and asked the nurse attending to me how the staff vaccinations are going.
Her reply "Oh most of us aren't vaccinated. We just can't seem to get the shots!"
