Any more details on the public processions viewing? There seems to be conflicting information from A&M Communications.
The release on 12/2 stated "While the burial service will be a private event, the funeral procession on Thursday afternoon, Dec. 6 will be viewable by the public.' However, the update on 12/3 states, "While the burial service will be a private Bush family event, the procession on Thursday afternoon, Dec. 6 will be viewable by the public as the train carrying President Bush enters the Texas A&M campus. To see potential viewing areas, visit the City of College Station's website at
http://bit.ly/2FXMkny. The procession from the train to the Bush Library and Museum grounds will not be open to the public... The only public viewing on campus is in Lot 62. Parking accommodations for the public will be made available at
https://transport.tamu.edu/bush41." Obviously this is conflicting information especially when combined with the map that still shows 3 viewing areas including the one on the south side of George Bush Dr. Not "only Lot 62." City of College Station's site still states there are three viewing areas.
The only way the procession could be completely private is if they were to travel to the back entrance of the library down John Kimbrough. This seems unlikely. Taking Olson to George Bush Dr to the main entrance would be most logical. In which case, how would the procession NOT be viewable to the public along a portion of the south side of the road?
