The fact that he things that a high end steakhouse would only pull in $3k a day is laughable at best. The fast food joint I work for pulls in double that on a bad day.

If the average ticket price is $6 per person at a fast food joint, that is 1000 transactions a day on a BAD day. I just don't think that is really happening in this town.
I have owned a fast food restaurant in College Station and our biggest day EVER was $4k. That was 5 or 6 years ago when we played Oklahoma in football and were slammed from 10:30am until 3:30 am. We maybe served 800 customers that day.
