I have no idea. I have never seen one that looked like it in Texas. Was probably 6-8" long. Wife would tell you it was 10", but that is just how I have her trained.

Earless Lizard? I thought it was a crevice spiny at first but I don't think it is. I don't really know my TX lizards…

I believe you are correct. I'm about 95% on greater earless lizard. Their undersides are pretty spectacular especially during breeding season. 12f is definitely the authority on that one.

Thanks for sharing. I love lizards and have never seen one of these to my recollection.
