If I had to WAG, probably 800 or so feet per minute faster than normal up high and 1500 or so feet per minute faster down low.

Most airline type flying is a 3 degree descent or 300 feet per mile.

So 2100-2400 feet a minute at Mach .7-.8 and 1000-1200 feet per minute down low at 250 KIAS

Just made the short hop from GDJ to SEP for some Hard Eight with the wife and kiddos in the "new" Cherokee. They came and picked us up as advertised and we had a great little evening. Highly recommended for a smokey twist on the $100 hamburger.
