Well carbs are pretty much the only thing that is keeping me from not puking all of the time & not bringing on puking.

Husband knocked me up a few months earlier than planned.

Two weeks left and not quite on pace for the competition but still right around the lead. Next week I'm probably doing the cabbage soup diet for one final push before our weigh out. I think its the most aggressive diet that I will actually stick to, but any other ideas are welcome!

After that back to eating right and recently introduced running/working out into the mix so that I can ramp it up once the competition is over. Running without 30+ extra pounds (I was 228 the last time I really tried to start running) is so much nicer on your body!

Getting close to the weigh out and getting down there:

3/29: 186 Lb's

Next couple of days will be a water cut for the weigh out, but then try to start adding good weight till 195ish or when I feel good!.

Final Weigh In - 281.6 Lbs

Loss over 12 weeks - 38.2 Lbs. and 17.4%. Just under my original goal but pretty thrilled with the results (almost to a six pack!) and may still end up winning the work deal. Now time to put back on some good weight now that the beer baby is gone!

After early visit to doctor this year he convinced me to make a serious life change.
Started seriously watching what I eat on Jan. 14th.
One week later started riding stationary bike 6 days a week. Up to 30 mins day now (avg. 6-7 miles) followed by a 1/2 mile walk cool down.

Cravings of different food have all but vanished, I even splurge a little on the weekends and it doesn't effect me.
Shooting for 178 for final goal then hope to maintain 178-183.
Can't believe how much better I feel and the energy I have now!

They got the tumor out. I was in surgery at 5:30, out at 2:30 , then recovery, and then the private room at 6:30. I llost Hearing and balance in one ear and the right side of my face is kind of numb. Long day... Now I've got two IVs, a catheter, an inflatable cuff on each leg, a blood presssure cuff, and a huge compression bandage on my head. With all that said, I'm doing much better than I thought I would be.

I'm still hovering in the 181-184 range. Weighed myself Thursday before my trip this weekend and was at 181.5.
I think I'm going to go back to my chicken breast and vegetable diet that worked so well last year. It was extreme, but I think that's what it's going to take to shed these last 15# of fat or so.

Started the year at 247, today I was 236.5. Goal is 220. I got off track a bit in March with Spring Break and Easter. Now back on the eat right and exercise plan!

Benign brain tumor called an Acoustic Neuroma. I'm deaf in one ear now, but hey, I'm alive.

It still hurts to open my mouth too much, so I guess that limits the amount of food I can stuff in it.

I got a late start this yr. See my post in march above.

Started great last year and went from 248 to 228 in may 2015. I then fell pff the wagon

I started again this year on 2/23/16 @ 251 lbs.
On 3/23/16 i was 238.8
On 4/22/16 i weigh 232

And i quit all tobacco after 15 yrs stone cold on 2/2/16. And am still without.

Hope all others are doing ok.
